Welcome
Hello, my name is Rachel and I am the Busy Country Mom. I have 7 kids and live in the heart of the midwest. My days are filled with raising children, homeschooling, homesteading and all that goes with that. We raise cows, pigs, geese, ducks, and chickens. I have multiple gardens scattered around my 12 acre property. I have a greenhouse, where most of my garden is located, as well as an herb garden, back garden, and Rock garden. I try and raise my family as non-toxic as possible. I am no expert at any of it but try to learn each day. Come with me as I figure out how to homestead well and care for all God has given me.
